Bed and Breakfast at Colaba Rooms

Location was good - walking distance to Port and Colaba central

Really nice facilities the converted mansion had that old world Bombay charm to it. The room size was more than adequate and very comfortable. Location couldn't be better in Colaba walking distance to Taj Palace and Gate, many excellent restaurants and shopping areas. I would definitely visit again

The location is awesome. Just 2 minutes from the sea-front (don't expect beach), 3 minutes from Gateway of India, bang in the middle of Colaba Market street. Amazing bargain shopping on the streets . Also the road has hi-street fashion wear stores too. Nariman Point, Marine Drive and iconic South Mumbai heritage buildings are within 2 km distance.

The location. You are near all the major sites. Walking distance. Plus one of the main shopping areas is right outside the property. The staff was helpful and friendly. Especially the night staff, i think his name was Lohi. I would stay again!

The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel room was clean, tidy and spacious with its own balcony, and it didn’t bother me as the own bathroom was outside but just next door. The location is great, where is near the Gateway of India Mumbai, and a lot of restaurants including Subway and some fine dining ones in “Tamarind Restaurant and Poolside” and “Taj Mahal Palace” hotels, etc. I really could’t ask for more at this price!

Excellent location for shopping and sight seeing. The family room was big, spacious, very clean and had a balcony. It’s advisable to carry your own towels (the ones provided weren’t great). Staff were very nice and helpful. Overall, great value for money.

Awesome place. Very spacious room with AC and fan ( to choose) with balcony + TV + kettle. The staff very friendly and helpful to answer any queries. Also answering straight away any watsap queries. Bathroom is not attached, it's outside but next door and only for your use with hot tub and clean and tidy. The reception is all night and also you can order food from Madras Cafe just around the corner. You can also go there for a nice meal. The location is very good in the heart of Colaba. Near to Gatway of India and 10 minutes auto from CSMT train station. I will strongly recommend if travel alone or with friend or family. Some noise is there from outside but you can close windows and put AC. Clean comfortable spacious beds. Friendly people as staff make a difference also.

The place is great. Staff very good The room we stayed in had two old chairs in very bad shape. The seat foam is completely gone. The chair and both the divan fabric is dirty. The wash basin has no shelf and the bathroom lights are not very good. I will still return to this place.

It was quiet ,staff were very helpful , went out of his way to get me lactose free milk was always on hand for anything you need ,cprice was good , it was very close to everything, air conditioning was good ?
